Rubber Product Test Lab Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge of Oscillating Disc Rheometer functions (Tensile Tests)

2. Inspect and Test Products: Review products and materials during manufacturing to ensure they meet company standards.

3. Measure and Compare: Use tools like micrometers and calipers to measure products against specifications.

4. Identify Defects: Detect and report any defects or deviations from quality standards.

5. Documentation: Maintain records of inspections, test results, and any corrective actions taken.

6. Compliance: Ensure that production processes comply with industry standards and regulations.

7. Collaboration: Work with the production team to recommend adjustments and improvements to processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to identify defects and ensure quality.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to recommend corrective actions and improvements.
