What you will be doing

AS400 Senior developer with Production Support/Batch support experience min 8-10 Years.
Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked or Internet-related computer programs. (Code must be used in core version of applications available for sale commercially.)
Handles L2 support for production banks to assist with nightly jobs.
Works as a developer with Scrum team/Kanban team on enhancements and defects.
Performs analysis, issue re-creation, and peer code review.
Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies.
Hands-on experience of forming and executing SQL queries on IBMi DB2.
Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you bring

8-10 years of core banking experience, working in BFSI domain/Captive development centers/Product companies.
Experience in requirements analysis, identification of business impacts.
Exposure in conducting/participating in product demonstrations and assessment studies.
Excellent communication skills - consistency and ease in discussions with leadership team of banks and in-house development teams.
Must understand the nuances and dynamics of banking.
Must have working experience in Agile.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
