• Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate to join our General Corporate Practice in Gurugram, India. The ideal candidate will have a law graduate degree and 0-3 years of post-qualification experience in general corporate advisory, commercial contracts.
About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, shareholder agreements, vendor contracts, technology service agreements, and licensing deals.
• Support corporate structuring, investment transactions, M&A due diligence, and regulatory filings.
• Conduct legal research and provide advisory notes on Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and related statutes.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions and compliance.

The role also requires contributing to thought leadership, legal updates, and internal knowledge building.
Eligibility Criteria
• Law graduate (LL.B) from a reputed university.
• 0-3 years of post-qualification experience in general corporate advisory, commercial contracts.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Business-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team on time-sensitive transactions.
