Job Title: Video Editor - Long & Short-Form Content

We specialize in both short-form (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube, podcasts) content. As we expand, we’re looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team and contribute to compelling storytelling and brand development.
• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Edit both long-form and short-form content (YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Podcasts, etc.).
• Develop visual branding for each client, ensuring consistency in tone, colors, and overall aesthetics.
• Create storyboards for video projects to outline key sequences and flow.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects to enhance video quality with transitions, motion graphics, and effects.
• Stay ahead of AI video creation trends and integrate AI tools into video editing when applicable.
• Work closely with the Social Media Manager and other editors to ensure a cohesive content strategy.
• Understand different platform requirements and optimize video formats accordingly.
• Deliver high-quality, engaging edits that drive audience engagement and retention.

• Experienced Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form content.
• Creative and Detail-Oriented, with a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual appeal.
• Ability to Adapt to Different Branding Styles, making content look unique for each client.
• Strong Knowledge of Social Media Platforms and how to optimize content for them.
• Eager to Learn and Experiment with AI Video Editing Tools.
• Great Communicator and Team Player, comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
