• Role Description
• Job Purpose
- Provide professional consultation to customers through various available finish and color options, and help them choose the best; inline with the décor of their homes.

- Understand the customer space and requirements and provide the complete solution for colours, designs and décor incorporating existing features of their homes
- Work with different aiding tools and technology to help customers choose from the wide range of products & designs for their home décor makeover.
- Consult customers by creating a stress free and enjoyable experience for décor selection.

Main Responsibilities: Upgrade the customers to better & high quality product
- Consult the customers for complete basket of solutions and products for best results
- Consult the customers for the complete painting and décor solutions through on time painting service available at the store
- Actively take on any task, activity or project in-line with the store requirements
- Daily reporting of the activities and consultations at the store through proper mediums.
- Maintaining any other reports / formats as mandated by asian paints
- Co-ordinate with customer associate to provide complete solutions to the customer
- Co-ordinate with contractors and ensure their attendance in all contractor training programs

Other responsibilities: organized by asian paints
- Be diligent and ensure timely attendance / completion of all programs and modules designed by asian paints for training and development of customer associates.

Customers, contractors, other influencersRole Requirements / SpecificationsEssential:

- BSc or MSc in interior designing/fine arts/creative field.(Min 50% in graduation) OR
- Any graduate with diploma in interior designing. (Min 50% in graduation) OR
- 12+ 2years of full time diploma in interior designing or fine arts. (Min 50% in diploma)
• Qualifications Age less than 25 Years.
- Should be an Indian citizen
• Desired : Essential:

- Not required / Freshers can be considered
• Previous Experience Desired:

- Prior work experience as an Interior Designer/Architect is preferable - minimum 1 year
- Fluency in English, Hindi & local language
- Excellent communication and people skills
- High orientation for customer servicing and customer delight.
- Orientation towards colour and basic understanding of colour in the home décor space
- Willingness to work in a retail environment and engage with clients across age and income groups for 8.5 hours a day and 6 days in a week
- Follow grooming and etiquette standards at all times while on duty
