Job description
Relevant Experience :

- 3-7 years of experience in IT preferable in banks.

Competencies :

- Experience of Banking (Retail or Commercial)

- Experience in the IT industry with strong background in requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder management.

- Should understand different integration methodologies.

- Should be able to prepare overall project plan for execution of projects and prioritize based on those with large impact or horizontal level impact.

- Break Complex ideas down into concise and effective requirements.

Review Business User Stories, undertake gap analysis and prepare BRDs/Solution Documents/Approach Documents.

Job Responsibilities :

- Excellent knowledge in architecting, planning, testing, and deploying of any proven CRM solution like Dynamics/CRM Next

- Good working knowledge of implementing, integration, and deployment of such CRM solution

- Experienced in defining technical architecture and software components

- Experience in working to Agile processes

- Able to map business processes to core CRM platform capabilities.

- Positive and constructive

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

- CRM development framework
