JR. PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Job Overview:-

Location : Marol Andheri / Vasai.

Qualification : B.E. in Mechanical/Diploma in Mechanical (B.E Preferable)

Experience : 2 yrs.+ experience in Manufacturing and Quality

Job Roles and Responsibility:
• Planning Daily production schedule.
• Monitoring effective utilisation of manpower and machines of plant.
• controlling quality and timely delivery of production orders.
• preparing monthly production schedule and machine utilisation reports.
• Training and Motivating workers.
• Maintaining Adequate plant equipment’s and working environment by preventive maintenance and 5S Implementation.
• conducting daily sunrise meeting on shop floor.
• Verification of Daily work report.

Skill Required:
• Good knowledge of Power point and excel.
• Team handling and Leadership quality.

Additional Qualification:
• Aware of ISO
• 5S
• LEAN MANUFACURING
• TPM
• 7 QC TOOL
• PROBLEM SOLVING TECHNIQUES
