Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage our online presence across various platforms such as IndiaMART, Etsy, Alibaba, and other e-commerce sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, excellent communication skills, and experience in handling product listings, customer inquiries, and order management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings on IndiaMART, Etsy, Alibaba, and other e-commerce platforms.
Respond to customer inquiries and manage communications via these platforms.
Handle order processing, shipment tracking, and after-sales support.
Monitor and analyze sales performance across platforms.
Ensure all product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate and up-to-date.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfillment.
Assist in developing strategies to increase online sales and visibility.
Update stock
Data entry and other assigned duty by superior.
Requirements:

Prior experience in managing e-commerce platforms (IndiaMART, Etsy, Alibaba).
Proficiency in handling online product listings and order management.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Location flexibility: Job will be based at either our Gopalpura or Johribazar branch.
