Job Title: Production Supervisor - Textile Industry (WaterJet)
• Location: Kosamba, Surat
• Education: Diploma in Textile
• Job Summary:
• Key Responsibilities:

- Production Execution: Implement and supervise daily production plans to meet quality and efficiency targets.
- Manpower Management: Effectively allocate and manage workforce to maximize productivity and maintain smooth operations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to industry and company quality standards for fabrics and processes.
- Waste Management & Reduction: Identify and implement measures to minimize waste in materials and production processes.
- Daily Efficiency Monitoring: Track production efficiency and take corrective actions to optimize performance.
- Root Cause Analysis: Diagnose issues related to machines and fabric defects, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- ERP System Utilization: Maintain and update production data in the ERP system for accurate reporting and analysis.
- Coordination with Departments: Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to ensure seamless production flow.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Key Skills & Requirements:

- Diploma in Textile Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 01-03 years of experience in a similar supervisory role in a têxtile manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and ability to work with production-related software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze root causes and implement effective solutions for production challenges.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industry quality standards and best practices.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
