IPQA Officer

We are looking for IPQA person in Nutralike Formulation Pvt Ltd. Company.

Qualification: B.sc/M.sc/B.pharm/M-Pharm

Exp: Fresher May Applied or 1-3 yrs experience
• Line Clearance:
• Ensure the manufacturing area is clean and free from any leftover material or documents from previous batches.
• Verify proper labeling and status boards.
• In-Process Checks:
• Monitor critical process parameters like mixing time, temperature, and weight variation.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
• Perform online sampling (e.g., blend uniformity, tablet weight, capsule fill weight).
• Packaging Line Checks:
• Check label accuracy, batch coding, and proper sealing.
• Verify packaging material against specifications.
• Deviation Handling:
• Identify and report deviations during manufacturing or packaging.
• Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Documentation:
• Review and sign BMRs/BPRs (Batch Processing Records).
• Ensure real-time and error-free documentation.
• Sampling:
• Draw samples for in-process testing and stability studies.
• Ensure samples are labeled and stored as per SOP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
