Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Jr. Sales Executive (Back Office) to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have a background in Electrical/Electronics and prior experience in sales-related back office work.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on enquiries and quotations with clients
Manage internal and external coordination related to project status
Handle all enquiry and quotation-related documentation
Work on ERP Sales Module and maintain accurate records
Provide daily task updates to the Sales Director
Coordinate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations
Required Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics
1 to 2 years of experience in back office work related to sales
Basic understanding of Electrical & Electronics industrial products
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
Preferred Candidate:

Female candidates only
Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
