• Requirements:

- Proven experience in food production or manufacturing, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, regulations, and quality control processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, ensuring they adhere to safety and quality standards. Provide guidance, training, and support to production staff.
- Monitor employee performance, conduct performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Plan and organize production schedules to meet customer demand and deadlines.
- Implement production plans and ensure production targets are met.
- Enforce quality control standards and procedures to maintain high-quality food products.
- Regularly inspect production processes and finished products to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Enforce health and safety regulations and practices to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Train employees on safe working procedures and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize wastage and optimize storage space.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement.
