Back office executive :

It involves administrative, operational, and support tasks that are crucial for a company's smooth functioning, but don't directly interact with customers.
This role focuses on internal processes, data management, and record-keeping to support the front office and overall business operations.

Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational analysis as it relates to volume, efficiencies, cycle time, quality and service
Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis
Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication
Maintain thorough understanding of data and information resources

Requirements
Excellent knowledge in computer software usage – Microsoft word, excel and power point.
3-4 years in MIS field, knowledge of advanced excel formulas, Macros.
Any graduate with strong academics from a reputed institute.
Advanced excel certification will be an added advantage.
