HVAC helper

is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as Helper. This dual role is essential for our daily operations, requiring a responsible individual to safely transport personnel, equipment, providing crucial on-site assistance with HVAC installations, maintenance, and other related tasks. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, possess a valid driver's license, and be willing to contribute to a smooth and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities (Helper Duties):

Assist HVAC technicians on job sites with installations, maintenance, and repairs.
Carry tools, equipment, and materials to and from the work area.
Help with the setup and cleanup of job sites.
Assist in lifting and positioning HVAC units and components (under supervision and with appropriate safety measures).
Learn basic HVAC tasks and provide support as directed by the technicians.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites and in the company vehicle.
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Assist with warehouse duties, such as organizing inventory and loading/unloading deliveries, when not on field assignments.
Perform other general labor duties as required to support the operational needs of the company.
Qualifications:

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Good communication skills in Hindi.
Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Willingness to work flexible hours as required by project schedules.
Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Pay: ₹+,185.72 - ₹13,287.30 per month
