Full job description
We are seeking a proficient and detail-oriented Typist fluent in both Hindi and English to manage data entry and documentation tasks with speed and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing speed, language command, and attention to detail in preparing, formatting, and reviewing official documents in both languages.

Key Responsibilities:

Type and format official letters, reports, and documents in Hindi and English.
Transcribe handwritten or printed content into digital format accurately.
Perform data entry tasks from source documents into prescribed computer database or templates.
Proofread and edit documents to ensure proper grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Assist in translation of documents from English to Hindi and vice versa, if required.
Meet deadlines and ensure confidentiality and security of all data handled.
Collaborate with office staff to ensure smooth documentation and communication flow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in typing in both Hindi (using Kruti Dev or Unicode) and English.
Minimum typing speed: Hindi - 25 wpm, English - 35 wpm.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
Good understanding of grammar and composition in both languages.
Minimum education: 12th pass / Graduate.
Prior experience as a typist or data entry operator preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
