Primary English Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Female English Teacher for Primary Grades to join our school located in Gunjur on Sarjapur Road. Candidates with prior teaching experience in the Cambridge Curriculum will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to primary grade students.
Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with curriculum standards.
Assign and evaluate classwork, homework, tests, and assignments.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
Support students individually to help them overcome learning challenges.
Prepare students for standardized assessments.
Attend weekly staff meetings and participate in school events and activities.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in English or a related field.
3 to 5 years of teaching experience in IGCSE/IBDP/ICSE programs.
Strong subject knowledge and effective communication skills.
A passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
Eagerness to engage with ongoing professional development and training.

Willingness to contribute to the broader school community and culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent, with specialization in IGCSE curriculum.
Proven ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Commitment to excellence and high academic standards.
