We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented UK Accountant (Senior / Junior Associate) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in UK accounting practices and be comfortable working with international clients. You will play a key role in managing accounts, ensuring compliance, and supporting clients with their financial requirements.
Job location - Laxmi Nagar, Delhi
Shift timing - 11:00 - 8:00 PM
Office timing - 5 days in a week + 2 alternative Saturdays
Please note -Strictly working from office, no hybrid or work-from-home options are allowed.
Role & responsibilities :
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP
Manage bookkeeping, VAT returns, and payroll processin
Prepare and file Corporation Tax returns and Self-Assessment Tax returns
Maintain client relationships and provide advisory support
Work with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, IRIS etc.
Assist with year-end accounts, budgeting, and forecasting
Keep up to date with UK tax and accounting legislation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred candidate profile :
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1-8 years of experience in UK accounting (junior or senior level, depending on experience)
Proficiency with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)
Strong knowledge of UK taxation and compliance
Excellent communication and client handling skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
