Octaloop is a Web3 marketing and events company that’s been shaping India’s blockchain ecosystem since 2016. Our flagship events — India Blockchain Tour (IBT) and Metamorphosis — bring together the brightest minds in crypto and decentralized tech across major Indian cities.

We’re hiring a versatile Web & UI/UX Designer to take charge of our digital identity across IBT and MM. This role goes beyond just web design — you’ll also be crafting intuitive user experiences, eye-catching creatives, and polished pitch decks for sponsors and partners.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive websites and landing pages (Webflow/WordPress)

• Create wireframes, UI mockups, and user journeys for digital platforms

• Collaborate with marketing to design event creatives, social media posts, and ads

• Build sleek, on-brand pitch decks and visual presentations for partners/sponsors

• Ensure consistency in brand visuals across all mediums

• Continuously improve designs based on feedback and performance data

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in web design, UI/UX, or graphic design

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and Canva

• Hands-on with Webflow, WordPress, or equivalent site builders

• Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and responsive design

• Bonus: Experience in Web3, events, or startup marketing
