About the Role We are looking for a skilled and passionate Fashion Designer to join our design team in Noida. The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of draping, high-fashion silhouettes, couture embroidery techniques, and contemporary as well as traditional styling. You will be expected to work independently, conceptualise and execute designs, and collaborate with the production and creative teams to deliver exquisite pieces that reflect the brand’s couture identity. Key Responsibilities Independently conceptualise, sketch, and develop new couture collections in alignment with the brand vision. Create detailed mood boards, colour palettes, and embroidery references for each season or capsule collection. Demonstrate excellent knowledge and execution in

draping, cutwork, high-fashion cuts , and

couture embroidery techniques . Develop sample garments, oversee prototyping, and guide pattern masters and tailors during construction. Collaborate with the merchandising and production teams to ensure feasibility and timely execution. Stay updated with luxury fashion trends, textiles, and evolving craftsmanship techniques. Conduct fittings, make adjustments, and ensure the final product meets design and quality standards. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design from a reputed institution. 3–4 years of experience in high-end or couture fashion. Strong command of

draping, styling, cutwork detailing , and embroidery layouts. Eye for detail, innovative design sensibility, and appreciation for heritage craftsmanship. Ability to take initiative, work independently, and lead garment development from concept to finish. Excellent sketching skills (manual or digital). Strong communication and time-management skills.
