Role Description This full-time remote role for a Principal Software Engineer involves leading the design and development of software solutions. Responsibilities include back-end web development, programming, and implementing object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. Additionally, the Principal Software Engineer will mentor junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Qualifications Strong background in Computer Science Expertise in Back-End Web Development and Software Development Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers Effective communication and teamwork skills Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
