Position: Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) Trainer
We are hiring a passionate DSA Trainer / Tech Instructor (Full-Time) for an on-site role in Hyderabad on behalf of a edutech firm .

What You’ll Do:

Conduct daily classroom sessions on Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), OOPs concepts, and industry-relevant software development practices.
Manage a batch of 70–100 students, ensuring interactive, practical, and effective learning outcomes.
Develop and deliver engaging tech curriculum and student assignments aligned with job market needs.
Provide 1:1 mentorship and academic support, resolving doubts and guiding students to tech career success.
Work closely with curriculum and training teams to enhance teaching strategies and course content.
Continuously improve your own teaching style and tech knowledge through ongoing professional development.

Key Skills and

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2+ years of teaching or mentoring experience (online or in-person) in technical subjects.
Proficiency in Data Structures, Algorithms, OOPs, and problem-solving techniques.
Excellent English communication skills with a knack for breaking down complex concepts.
Comfort with modern teaching tools and LMS platforms.
Empathy and drive to support diverse student backgrounds in achieving tech career success.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):
Familiarity with AI tools and digital teaching techniques.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry-standard software development practices.
A growth mindset and openness to constructive feedback.
