About the Role
We are looking for an experienced UI Developer/Designer with 2-6 years of experience to join our team and create interactive and engaging programs for our customers. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of user interface (UI) technologies, knowledge of design tools and ability to create user friendly & aesthetic products.
Responsibilities
Develop user interface solutions for web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SASS, Bootstrap, and other front-end technologies. Design, develop, and debug user interfaces using programming language such as AJAX, JQuery, and others. Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Create interactive experiences and user interaction behaviours (animation, reaction on mouse events, and user-input validation). Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness). Develop user interface code to support customer-facing services and applications. Develop cross-browser compatible, standards-compliant front-end code and web page. Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to develop and integrate user interfaces into larger systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to user interface components and other aspects of user interface design. Stay abreast of new technology and design trends, including the latest web browsers and operating systems. Work closely with the product managers, infrastructure, and client teams to help deliver innovative world-class solutions.
Qualifications
2-6 years of overall experience. Master/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an Engineering degree.
Required Skills
Knowledge of W3C standards, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Knowledge of UX Design fundamentals. Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools. Experience with JavaScript Frameworks (jQuery, ReactJS, AngularJS). Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like. Ability to create engaging and intuitive user experiences. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions. Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps. Implementation of theme based web interfaces.
Preferred Skills
Experience with additional programming languages or frameworks. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
