About the Role:

Cityvibes is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to elevate the in-store experience across our locations. As VM, you'll be responsible for designing eye-catching displays, crafting visual stories around our collections, and ensuring our store environment reflects the elegance and energy of the Cityvibes brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Define, design, and implement creative visual merchandising strategies that align with brand goals.
Create visually appealing displays and layouts that guide customers throughout the store and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Design and execute window displays, signage, interior setups, floor plans, and special promotional layouts.
Collaborate with assistant merchandisers to brainstorm, revise, and present design ideas.
Ensure all displays are aligned with Cityvibes’ culture, product identity, and target audience.
Monitor display budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
Oversee on-ground implementation and brief store staff on visual arrangements.
Refresh store visuals regularly to highlight new product launches and reflect seasonal or festive campaigns.
Source and coordinate with suppliers for props, signage, and display materials.
Stay updated with lifestyle, fashion, and visual design trends to keep the brand’s presentation fresh and relevant.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role in fashion/retail.
Strong sense of design, color, composition, and storytelling.
Good understanding of the target market and customer behavior.
Creativity balanced with practical execution skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work within timelines and budgets.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
