THE JOB:
As a Lead Esthetician, you will provide exceptional guest service while providing skin care services to guests according to the Spa standards and procedures. The Lead Esthetician will oversee the skin care treatments and provide training, guidance and support for esthetician staff

Requirements:
1.Diploma or certification as Esthetician required to obtain a license/permit in the state/county/city of the spa.
2. Three to five years of experience as a licensed Esthetician in similar environment (i.e. spa, hotel, med spa, or resort) desired. Must successfully complete a skills assessment if conducted at the spa.
3. Trained and certified in all basic skin care services. Must be able to perform all skin care treatments offered by the spa for both men and women. Able to deliver diverse facials as per spa protocols and guidelines. Understands contraindication for specific facials and/or products.
4. Must maintain current State, County, City or other required Esthetician licenses/permits. Must provide valid original copy of license/permits as required by Spa and/or State law. Valid CPR certificate or willingness and ability to obtain one may be required.
5. Completes all training and continuing education as required.
Ability to work on AM, PM, weekend and holiday shifts as required by operational needs
