???? E-commerce Manager – (Full-Time)

At La Petite Alice, we pour our hearts into crafting beautiful, sustainable linen clothing for little ones and their families. Every piece carries a story—and now, we’re looking for an E-commerce Manager to help carry that story across all our online shops.

This is a hands-on role for someone organized, resourceful, and tech-savvy, who can manage multiple storefronts and ensure that every product is presented with the same care with which it was made.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage and maintain our WooCommerce, Etsy, and Faire.com stores—and help launch on any other future platforms.
• Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually aligned with the La Petite Alice brand.
• Optimize listings with the right keywords, descriptions, and tags tailored to each platform’s best practices.
• Coordinate inventory across platforms to prevent overselling and stock mismatches.
• Implement and manage WooCommerce plugins, integrations, and settings to support promotions, shipping, reviews, SEO, and more.
• Use advanced Google Sheets to manage bulk updates, inventory planning, reporting, and SKU tracking.
• Make minor front-end edits and updates using HTML/CSS where necessary.
• Monitor performance, identify platform-specific trends, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the content, logistics, and marketing teams to keep every listing accurate and every customer experience smooth.

You Might Be a Perfect Fit If:
• You have 2+ years of experience managing multiple e-commerce storefronts, preferably including WooCommerce, Etsy, Faire, or similar platforms.
• You’re confident with Google Sheets (advanced formulas, filters, data cleanup, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• You have a working knowledge of HTML/CSS for small tweaks or troubleshooting.
• You’re comfortable handling WooCommerce backend tasks and know your way around popular plugins.
• You have strong organizational skills, a love for systems and details, and a proactive mindset.
• You’re comfortable working independently but enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
• You’re based in (or willing to relocate to) Jaipur, with availability for in-office or hybrid work.
