Come and join our global team as a Field Service Representative to service Imaging equipment in the greater Montreal area.

As a Field Service Representative you will be responsible for:

Servicing, maintaining and commissioning of medical diagnostic imaging equipment
Promptly following up and following through to customer resolution
Displaying a high level of critical thinking to bring successful resolution to complex problems
Controlling and completing electronic documentation
Guiding the maintenance of tools, testing equipment and calibrating material
Planning and scheduling of service and maintenance duties
Interfacing with customers to provide quality service and support

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

Biomedical Electronics or Electronics Technologist or equivalent diploma
Bilingualism English / French language: The successful candidate for this position must be bilingual. Fluency in French and English (verbal and written) is required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position for the following reason(s):
The role requires interacting with English-speaking customers and suppliers across Canada and/or internationally;
The role requires regular interactions with Siemens colleagues based outside of Quebec, nationally and internationally;
The role requires using software or technology that is available only in English;
Clearance to travel domestically and internationally for training purposes (without restrictions)
Must have a valid passport
Valid driver’s license
Excellent computer skills
Customer service experience
Field service experience in diagnostic imaging would be an asset
