Your Role
As a Software Engineer , you’ll be instrumental in scaling and enhancing our technology infrastructure. You'll work across the full development stack to build innovative, performant, and reliable solutions that elevate the experience of both event organizers and attendees.

Key Responsibilities
Dive deep into our current tech stack and platform architecture to gain a thorough understanding.
Deliver incremental improvements to enhance system performance and user experience .
Redesign and rearchitect existing systems based on emerging tech trends and user feedback .
Develop new features and systems aligned with business goals and core values.
Conduct research to improve efficiency , scalability , and reliability of the platform.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges.
Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces that perform seamlessly across devices.
Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards through technical documentation .

Requirements
Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals :
Object-oriented design
Data structures & algorithms
Problem-solving & complexity analysis
Database design and querying
6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in product development using both back-end and front-end technologies
Familiarity with PHP and web application development

Experience with JavaScript frameworks , and writing clean, reusable UI components
Exposure to cloud infrastructure , caching (e.g., Redis), and search technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch)
Ability to design scalable architectures for data-intensive applications
Passion for problem-solving and ability to adapt to diverse technologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts
Experience in a startup or product-based company is a strong plus
