About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Curriculum delivery: Conduct live or recorded sessions on Data Structures and Algorithms, covering both core and advanced topics (e.g., Trees, Graphs, Tries, Segment Trees, DP).

2. Content development: Create and update high-quality learning resources, including coding problems, assignments, quizzes, and assessments aligned with industry standards.

3. Student mentorship: Provide group mentorship, resolve doubts, offer code reviews, and guide students in building strong problem-solving skills.

4. Progress monitoring: Track student performance, analyze progress, and provide constructive feedback to support continuous learning.

5. Technical expertise: Strong command over core and advanced data structures and algorithms with the ability to teach concepts in a simple and structured manner.

6. Continuous learning: Stay up to date with the latest industry practices, competitive programming trends, and interview patterns.

7. Code of conduct: You are required to follow The Training's Code of Conduct, ensuring respectful, ethical, and inclusive communication with learners, peers, and staff at all times.

Note:

1. Salary: 30,000 per month (subject to performance and completion of assigned responsibilities as per company standards).
