Teach Fellowship

Responsibilities
• Develop and drive successful campaigns to recruit high-quality teachers and leaders throughout the year to meet 100% of your requirements.
• Organize stakeholder training, provide ongoing support, conduct workshops, and design - comprehensive training for effective programs
• Run high-quality classes by monitoring progress, implementing improvements and fostering positive learning environments for impactful program management.
• Build self-sustaining volunteer teams that can meet program expectations without micro-managing and with more emphasis on creating accountability and leadership in them.
• Run your chapter sustainably with a well-defined and tracked budget aided by driving a successful volunteering crowdfunding campaign.
• With the vision of your chapter in mind, design innovative processes to expand your chapter and/or improve the effectiveness of processes.
• Cultivate a strong, positive culture for every aspect of our community, from corporates to volunteers and make all members feel like they're part of the same community.

Qualifications

0-2 years of work experience

A minimum bachelor’s degree

Experience in volunteering for a cause (optional)

Has experience in leading teams / Handling projects (optional)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹24,778.00 per month
