Job Description

The AI Solutions Specialist will coordinate the portfolio of AI solutions available to PwC Canada, aligning with the firm's strategic vision and goals. Reporting to the Workforce Transformation Lead, this role is integral to the AI Transformation Program Team, focusing on the organization, reporting, and data analysis of AI solutions available to each Line of Service (LoS) and its users. With an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and innovation, the specialist will ensure seamless integration and utilization of AI technologies across various LoS, business units, driving efficiency and transformation.
Meaningful work you'll be part of

As a AI Solutions Specialist, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Coordinate the AI solutions portfolio, including the assessment, integration, and optimization of AI tools and methodologies

Maintain an updated inventory of AI technologies and their application within the firm

Develop and implement strategies for portfolio growth and improvement

Create detailed reports on the performance and impact of AI solutions, providing insights and recommendations to leadership

Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement in AI utilization

Utilize data analytics tools to support decision-making and strategic planning

Support communication plans to ensure users are informed about AI solutions and their benefits

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to promote the adoption and effective use of AI technologies

Represent the AI transformation program in various internal forums

Identify and propose innovative solutions and approaches for utilizing AI within the firm

Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies to keep the firm at the forefront of innovation

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve

Experience in a portfolio management role, preferably within a technology organization

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, technology, or related discipline

Experience with AI solutions and their application in business contexts.

Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence and data analysis tools (Power BI)

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (SharePoint, OneDrive, Business Applications)

Experience in creating and managing detailed reports and presentations

Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business impact

Excellent business intelligence communicator with strong storytelling abilities

Effective collaborator with strong cross-functional teamwork skills

Superior organizational and project management skills
