Job description-
1 year Office work experience in solar rooftop EPC company.
1. Entertain customers in office and explain them about products and follow them
2. Arrange site visits for customers and follow up for finalization.
3. Maintain and update records on excel/Google sheet for customer like registration, file movement follow up etc
4. Do online registration and loan application of customers and follow up
5. Take Feedback of customers via links
6. Entertain customer complaints and assign technician for disposal.
7. Interview with customers
8. Posting videos and photos on social media
+. Coordination with site teams.
10. Any other work later assigned by management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
