Job Description :

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Supervisor to support our team. You'll assist in supervising employees, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving team performance.

## Responsibilities:

- Assist in supervising and guiding employees to achieve operational goals

- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints

- Monitor and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and productivity

- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to inform future improvements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

## Requirements:

- 0-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience

- Basic communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
