Full job description
Responsibilities:
Drive sales and business development for Building Management Systems (BMS) solutions and HVAC products, including pressure gauges, BTU meters, flow meters, level ,actuators, and sensors (humidity, air velocity, differential pressure).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and targeting new business opportunities in the HVAC and building automation sectors.
Prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, BMS & HVAC contractors, consultants, and system integrators
Participate in industry events, client meetings, and site visits to keep up-to-date with market trends and customer needs.
Requirements:
B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics, Telecommunication, Instrumentation, or related fields (M.Tech preferred).
3+ years of experience in BMS or HVAC sales, with a focus on product sales /Project sales .
Experience with major Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, or Johnson Controls.
Familiarity with the construction, commercial, or industrial sectors, and project-based sales.
Strong technical understanding of BMS systems, including CCTV, fire alarms, gas detection systems, HVAC sensors (humidity, air velocity, differential pressure), Pressure Gauges, BTU Meters, Flow Meters, and Actuators.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships while managing expectations.
Field-based work, with frequent client visits
