Job Title: Process Coordinator
Location: Delhi NCR

About the Role:
We're looking for a sharp, fast, and tech-savvy Process Coordinator to be the nerve center of our production house. If you're someone who thrives on keeping things organized, connecting the dots between departments, and making sure no ball is ever dropped — this one's for you.

What You’ll Do:

Act as the primary liaison between scriptwriters, directors, editors, producers, and post-production teams.
Streamline project workflows, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops are met efficiently.
Track project progress and proactively flag bottlenecks or delays.
Help organize shoots, edit timelines, and delivery pipelines in sync with creative and client goals.
Maintain production schedules, communication logs, and resource planning.
Assist with documentation and basic reporting for internal and client-facing use.
What We’re Looking For:

Someone quick on their feet — you’ll need to be both responsive and proactive.
Strong command of digital tools and platforms (Google Workspace, project management tools, file sharing, etc.).
Bonus if you’ve dabbled with Adobe Creative Suite or editing software — or you're ready to dive in and learn.
A team player with excellent communication and coordination skills.
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
Prior experience in production coordination or a media environment is a plus, but not mandatory.
