Job Summary
We are hiring a results-driven Facebook Marketplace Posting Executive to manage daily product listings and promotions on Facebook Marketplace. This role involves creating engaging posts, maintaining inventory accuracy, communicating with interested buyers, and ensuring high visibility and compliance with Facebook’s guidelines. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and have a flair for online selling, this is a great opportunity to work in a fast-growing e-commerce or retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create and publish product listings on Facebook Marketplace with compelling titles, descriptions, and high-quality images.
Update existing listings based on stock availability, pricing changes, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor post performance and boost visibility through organic or manual optimization strategies (e.g., reposting, tagging locations).
Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely, professional, and persuasive manner.
Coordinate with the sales or logistics team to confirm product availability and dispatch details.
Ensure adherence to Facebook’s commerce policies to avoid flagged or removed listings.
Maintain consistency and accuracy across all posts, including pricing, product details, and condition.
Stay updated with Facebook Marketplace trends, new features, and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or Communication is a plus.
6 months to 2 years of experience in online posting, social selling, or customer service preferred.
Proficiency in using Facebook Marketplace and basic image editing tools (Canva, Snapseed, etc.).
Excellent written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
Basic understanding of e-commerce, retail, or classifieds selling.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple listings and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Familiarity with product categories such as electronics, fashion, furniture, or local services is a plus.
