Position: Digital Marketing Associate
Company: DZPL (Digital Zero Pvt. Ltd.)
Location: Uttam Nagar (On site)
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Up to ₹25,000/month
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)
About the Role:
DZPL (Digital Zero Pvt. Ltd.) is seeking a proactive and performance-driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in executing digital campaigns, with strong knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical), Google Ads, social media marketing, and analytics. This is a great opportunity for individuals ready to take ownership of campaigns and contribute to real client growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies and campaigns across platforms
Execute on-page SEO techniques: keyword optimization, content structuring, meta tags, and internal linking
Manage off-page SEO efforts including link-building, outreach, and backlink audits
Perform technical SEO audits and implement improvements (site speed, mobile optimization, crawl errors)
Manage and grow social media presence across key platforms
Create, launch, and monitor paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools
Collaborate with content and design teams to align campaigns with branding and messaging
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements
Required Tools & Platforms:
Laptop is Mandatory.
Google Analytics & Google Search Console – performance tracking and user behavior analysis
Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest – SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking
Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager – PPC and social media ad management
Screaming Frog / Sitebulb – technical SEO audit tools
Canva / Adobe Suite – for ad creatives and visual assets (basic level)
Email Marketing Tools – such as Mailchimp or Sendinblue (basic experience preferred)
Google Sheets / Excel – campaign tracking and reporting
Candidate Profile:
1+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
Strong understanding of digital channels including SEO, SEM, and social media
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
Excellent time management and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
