We're seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to handle our online marketing efforts and customer interactions for our tiles business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Facebook ads, engaging with potential customers, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize Facebook ads for maximum ROI

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information

- Engage with customers, build rapport, and encourage them to visit our showroom

- Track and report on ad performance and customer interactions

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of Facebook ads and online marketing

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with the tiles industry is a plus
