Position: Java Architect

Location: Fully Remote (Victoria, BC- Canada)

12 Months Contract –INC Only


Tentative Start Date: 04/01/2026
Tentative End date: 03/31/2026

Position Details: An Architect at Experience Level 3 is responsible for determining the suitability of a technology and for defining the best possible architecture. An Architect at Experience Level 3 is expected to have detailed knowledge of industry trends and vendor competencies within the subject area. Typical deliverables model the technical architecture and may include application models and data models.


In addition to the skills and experience set out above, the Proponents should demonstrate that the proposed Consultant have the following additional skills and experience:


Overall IT experience: 10-15 Years.
Minimum 5 years of software architecture and/or software development experience (within the last 10 years) related to the delivery of large, complex, or transformational projects;
Minimum 3 years of experience (within the last 5 years) performing code reviews and data model reviews and analysis;
Degree or diploma in computer science or a related field, demonstrated ongoing learning activities, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; and
Excellent written communication skills with demonstrated experience communicating effectively to a broad range of stakeholders.

Candidate must also demonstrate that the proposed Consultant(s) have the following additional skills and experience in all or most of the following technology stack:
