Who We Are: At Canadian House Partners Inc., we’re committed to helping Albertans move beyond renting toward true financial independence through homeownership. By pairing modern real estate solutions with personalized insurance and financial planning, we deliver meaningful, long-term impact—one household at a time.
As a rapidly expanding, purpose-driven organization, we believe in doing things differently. Transparency, integrity, and client-focused service are at the heart of everything we do. We’re currently seeking a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor in Alberta who’s passionate about guiding families through important financial decisions as they prepare to invest in their future homes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assess clients' financial situations and recommend life insurance plans that align with their income, family needs, and goals
Provide expert guidance on term, whole life, and universal life policies
Educate clients on broader topics like retirement planning, investment options, and long-term risk management
Build trust through clear, honest communication and consistent follow-up
Assist clients through the application and underwriting process with precision and care
Maintain compliance while consistently achieving or exceeding your performance targets
Stay informed on industry changes, product offerings, and best practices
Identify opportunities to offer additional financial services that support long-term client success
What You Bring to the Table
Valid LLQP license and legal authorization to work in Alberta
Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance or financial services, with a strong track record in sales
Ability to understand client needs and provide strategic, personalized advice
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and digital workflow tools
A goal-driven attitude with a focus on long-term client value and relationship building
What You’ll Get
Access to warm, pre-screened leads—no cold calling required
Commission-based earnings with uncapped income potential
A supportive and innovative team environment that encourages collaboration and growth
Opportunities for career progression as our Alberta team continues to expand
A seat at the table to help shape our approach and contribute to the company’s evolution
