Advertising Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Advertising Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their advertising needs, and selling them on the available advertisement spots. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a passion for business development, and the ability to analyze market trends to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a portfolio of advertising clients through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Conduct outside sales activities to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
Analyze client needs and recommend effective advertising solutions that align with their objectives.
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and report on performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling advertising campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with advertising services.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in advertising sales.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to cater to a diverse clientele.
Skills

Proven experience in account management and outside sales within the advertising or technology sectors.
Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems for managing sales processes effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Technical sales experience is a plus, particularly in technology-related products or services.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address client needs promptly and professionally.
