Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and dedicated Telecallers for our International BPO process. Join our team and work with global clients in a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close sales where applicable.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team goals.
Shift Timings:

Night shifts (timings may vary depending on client location).
Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent communication skills in English.
Prior experience in telecalling or BPO is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to work in night shifts.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
