Kramer Mazda is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to join our growing team. As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will create lasting memories with our customers as we celebrate their new vehicle purchase.

Position Summary (duties include but are not limited to):

Provide a welcoming and exciting experience when customers pick up their new/pre-owned vehicle.
Guide clients through the features and operation of their new vehicle
Verify vehicle information, add-ons, accessories and detail quality before delivery of vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction
Obtain customer testimonies through camera and customer experiences through the feedback form
Maintain professional appearance and an organized/clean work environment
Prepare deal folders and maintain brochures/other materials
Complete other assignments and job duties as required
Requirements:

Valid Alberta Driver's License and clean abstract
Strong attention to detail
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Available to work Monday to Thursday: 10am -7pm, Saturday +am - 6pm
