Early Childhood Educator

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. Duties

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood education and development.
Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all students.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster strong relationships.
Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
Collaborate with special education professionals to accommodate children with unique learning needs.
Maintain organized classroom materials and resources to facilitate effective learning experiences.
Encourage social interaction and teamwork among students through group activities.
Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.
Requirements

A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
Experience in childcare or early childhood education settings is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
Knowledge of special education practices and the ability to work with children with disabilities.
