Location: Unimarket Sur Cocina, Calgary, AB

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Pay: $17 per hour, plus tip.

We’re currently looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

Job Description:
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality Latin dishes, working closely with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. We're looking for someone with a passion for Latin flavors, strong cooking skills, and a team-player attitude.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of Latin dishes following recipes and presentation standards
Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary ingredients and supplies
Work efficiently to support smooth kitchen operations during busy shifts
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Assist with prep work and kitchen organization as needed
Requirements:

Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook
Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
