ROLE : JavaScript Senior Consultant

Role Description
• Provide overall technology leadership to the team to estimate, design, build and rollout the solutions to production, while ensuring that appropriate engineering processes, practices and tools are leveraged for the timely realisation of the quality solution
• Review the work done by the team and provide actionable feedback.
• Understand technical and business requirement and deliver working and tested code
• Work on full stack JavaScript development.
• Performing demonstrations of the work to customer
• Participate in customer calls understand the requirements and issues.

Qualifications And Experience
• 7 plus years of JavaScript development experience, at least 1 year with front end and one year with back end
• At least 3 project implementations as a full stack developer
• Certification Not Applicable
• Should have knowledge of any front end framework like Angular or React and back end like Node
• Experience of implementing and governing software engineering processes, practices, tools and standards for development teams
• Should have good working knowledge of javascript ES6, HTML and CSS
• Experience working on tools like GIT

Soft Skills
• Must be hands on Strong leadership, business communication and consulting skills
• Prior experience of working in client facing leadership roles in geographies like US, Canada
• Must be a thought leader in one or more areas of technology
