INTERNSHIP DURATION:

3 Months

STIPEND:

(5,000 - 7,000) Per Month

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle daily accounting tasks that support our financial team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws and company policies.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Use accounting software such as zoho software QuickBooks.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and time management ability
