Role Description

This is a role for a highly assertive and disciplined Assistant and Accountability Coach. You will serve as the firm, guiding presence responsible for ensuring that I remain aligned with personal and professional goals—no excuses allowed. Your core responsibilities will include directing goal-setting sessions, designing structured action plans, tracking progress with precision, and holding to commitments through consistent, firm communication. You are not just a helper—you are the force that keeps things moving, eliminates distractions, and ensures follow-through. Encouragement will be given when earned, but your real strength lies in your ability to command focus, maintain discipline, and create order from chaos.

You’ll be the daily voice of structure, expectation, and unwavering support. This role requires someone who thrives in control, can balance motivation with non-negotiable standards, and brings a presence that clients respect and rely on.

• Commanding communication and interpersonal skills—your presence must be felt, even virtually
• Proven experience in setting firm goals and creating action plans that demand follow-through
• Ability to monitor progress meticulously and provide direct, constructive feedback
• Strong coaching instincts with a no-nonsense approach to motivation
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills—you’ll expect the same from others
• Comfortable working independently while maintaining control of multiple priorities
