Textile Merchandiser

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage and coordinate bulk orders from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management skills, a good understanding of production timelines, and the ability to ensure timely delivery with quality standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clients/buyers for order requirements and approvals.
Manage end-to-end execution of bulk orders – from sampling to production to final dispatch.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth production flow.
Track production status and ensure timelines are strictly followed.
Maintain and update order sheets, follow-up reports, and shipment schedules.
Perform quality checks and coordinate with the QC team to meet client expectations.
Handle any order-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Coordinate for packaging, labelling, and logistics for timely deliveries.
Stay updated with current market trends, fabric options, and cost-effective sourcing.
Maintain records of inventory, raw materials, and finished goods.
Requirements:

Proven experience in merchandising (especially in bulk orders/garment/textile/home furnishing industry).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, and production processes.
Proficient in MS Excel and documentation.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
