Female Jewelry Designer Internship

We are seeking a passionate and creative Jewelry Designer Intern to assist in the conceptualization, design, and development of our inaugural jewelry collection. This internship offers hands-on experience in the design process, exposure to brand development, and the opportunity to contribute directly to the launch of a new product line.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing original jewelry pieces aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and clothing line.
Create sketches, 2D renderings, and digital mock-ups using design software (e.g., Rhino, Illustrator, CAD).
Research trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques relevant to jewelry design.
Collaborate with the fashion design team to ensure visual cohesion across apparel and accessories.
Source materials, components, and vendors in coordination with the sourcing team.
Assist in preparing product spec sheets, mood boards, and presentation materials.
Participate in sample development, fittings, and quality checks.
Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, Product Design, or related field.
Proficiency in sketching and digital design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Rhino, or CAD).
Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of current fashion and jewelry trends.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Passionate about design and eager to learn in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with jewelry making techniques (even basic) is a plus.
Familiarity with garment design processes and fashion industry dynamics.
A portfolio showcasing original jewelry or accessory designs.
