Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to support our Regional Manager in handling operations in South India. The candidate will primarily support the execution of Indias key projects by managing market research, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement. The role is task-driven, with a strong focus on delivering timely and high-quality outputs such as data reports, event logistics, and promotional activities. The candidate will work remotely, report to the Regional Manager, and contribute directly to project outcomes. A high level of professionalism, reliability, and commitment to deadlines is expected, along with the ability to work independently.

Responsible for handling South India

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the organizational goals.
Conduct market research and analyze latest trends on the palm oil industry in South India.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, including importers, manufacturers, NGOs, media.
Support Malaysian Industry members by creating opportunities and offering trade facilitation services to boost their export capabilities.
Ensure adherence to all relevant legal, regulatory and local standards, maintaining compliance across operations.
Plan, coordinate, and execute industry events, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Contribute to the production of reports, articles for publication on various platforms.
Handle & assist in having B2B networking programs.
Providing support to MPOC team members as needed, contributing to the collective effort to achieve divisional and organizational goals.
